Yes, each QuickBizStores Site Manager store includes everything you need to setup an online store. Each store includes a product catalog, integrated shopping cart, secure checkout and online order management.
We do not provide a merchant account with your store. If you already have a merchant account, contact your merchant account provider to find out if it will integrate with your store.
In addition to the shopping cart, we provide you with a complete ecommerce admin environment. This includes a customer database, order history, order reports, product import, and full export capabilities.
A merchant account is a special bank account that enables you to accept credit cards.
A merchant account is required to accept credit cards. The first step is to obtain a merchant account. If you choose, you can signup for a merchant account through us.  If you have an existing merchant account, you can have that one setup on your store. To process transactions online you must have an account with an internet credit card processing gateway. We support all the main processing gateways (Authorize.net, Link Point and Verisign).  Many others are also available. Check with your merchant account provider to see which gateways they can support.
No, our stores can be used with a wide variety of payment methods such as PayPal. You can also setup a store to take orders and then bill your customers with a printed invoice from our system. Either way, each store is fully equipped to process and collect orders for your products.
Yes. We utilize SSL throughout the checkout process to ensure that a customer's personal information is always encrypted. Viewing order details from within your store is also done through an encrypted SSL link. Also, all credit card information is kept encrypted on the server.
Yes, you can link from your website to a store hosted on our systems.
We support all of the major gateways. This includes Authorize.net, Verisign PayFlow Pro, Linkpoint API. The complete list is available within the Store tab, Payment Methods screen of the site manager.
Yes. You can use PayPal and Google Checkout.
Billing FAQ

No. You do not need to have a credit card or pay to try the service. The trial period lasts 10 days.
We do offer quarterly billing for non credit card accounts. If you would like to pay by check for your service fees, contact support for more information.
No, there is no contract length.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You must cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being billed for that month. Service fees are non-refundable.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time from within your site manager.
Billing is done on the 1st of every month for all websites.

The marketing center offers all the information you need to get your site properly setup for search engines. Once that is done, you can use the submission feature to have your site submitted to the engines. This is only the first step. The marketing center also includes information about web directories, topic specific locations, link placement, premium search engine positioning, non-internet marketing techniques and more. Getting customers to your site is only the first step. After that, you need to make sure that you have a site that is designed to generate interest and sales.
